We follow a 3-step approach during this process:

Documentation Review
We review client's payments contracts and invoices, procedural documents and management reports, and make preliminary observations. We'll formulate an agenda for a meeting with key stakeholders.

Onsite Assessment
We interact with client’s key team members to understand processes and investigate questions garnered from our documentation review. We'll work with project sponsors to formulate a preliminary action plan.

Summary & Recommendations
Basis documentation & interaction with key members, we make our observations followed by recommendations for implementation. The recommendations are biased for action and are focused at creating tangible positive impact towards resolution of the client’s problem statement.
